- Open daily: 10am–7pm, Fridays: 10am – 9pm
- Admission to all galleries ends 30 minutes before closing time
- Seniors 60 years and above can enjoy a concession admission. Valid proof of identity (e.g. passport, ID card) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter
- Free admission to all permanent galleries for Singapore citizens, permanent residents
- Free admission for children below 6 years old
- Children must be accompanied by adults at all times
