    There was a delay in deliving the.it was not as advertised, however the TUI obtained the SIM for me

    Solo traveller

    Arrived, saw man with card with my name. Said that's me. Gave me SIM card, asked for 25 pound, stuck visa ticket in passport and wandered off. Had no SIM tool to put it into phone on me so hasn't been used. Luckily hotel has some WiFi. Waste of money,, don't bother.

    Really easy, an agent was waiting by the passport control with name cards. Handed sims over and they have been great since with no connection issues

    Good price. I was told someone would be waiting with my name on a card. I spent a long time trying to find them. So, I went outside the airport to my transfer and told him. He kindly went back inside & found this person. They should hold your name card up ALL the time.
