Guided Visit of the European Space Agency in Darmstadt

Not allowed:

• children under 10 years of age
• large bags or backpacks

Know in advance:

• the tour is provided only in German
• please note it is possible that the Main Control Room may not be available for viewing, depending on internal circumstances only
• all participants must be pre-registered with Darmstadt Marketing. For this, at checkout you need to provide the full name and nationality of each person
• visitor IDs must be worn visibly at all times
• the tour is wheelchair accessible
• it is not permitted to leave the group of visitors during the tour
• the instructions of the security staff must be followed
• the ESOC security service reserves the right to deny access to persons who behave uncooperatively or to expel them from the site

Remember to bring:

• all participants aged 16 and over must carry a valid identity card
• access is only permitted upon presentation of a valid passport or identity card. The identity documents are checked for authenticity and retained for the duration of the stay. Driving licenses, residence permits, health insurance cards, etc. are not accepted as proof of identity
• please be dressed and equipped appropriately for the weather, since the guided tour takes place partly outdoors
