    At no time prior was it advised the Palace was 5km from the River Cruise ship. We were advised of this the evening prior, either a £120 taxi, each way, or 2 changes on an inknown Metro system. Start time 10.15. No way to contact Guide to let her know we were not coming. She checked up on us around 11am and advised we could join the 3pm which I accepted. Issues with ship manoeuvre meant we could not disembark for an hour. Too late. The guide then advised 3.45 entry after all so could have made
